Transport: Delivered Across British Columbia
Our trucks. Your schedule.
Sequenced for the lift.
Alliance runs a company-owned fleet, so your trusses and panels aren't at the mercy of a third-party carrier. Bundled, labelled, and timed to land when your crane and crew are ready.
Why it matters
The delivery is part of the product
A truss package that arrives in the wrong order, a day late, or damaged on a carrier's flatbed costs you crane time, crew time, and momentum. That's why Alliance controls delivery end to end with our own trucks and drivers.
Loads come off the line and onto the truck in the order your crew will lift them, labelled and bundled so the first piece off the deck is the first one that goes up. Your delivery window is coordinated directly with your site, not handed to a dispatcher who's never seen the job.

Outside the zone?
Building somewhere not listed? Tell us where the site is. We'll figure out the delivery plan and price it into your quote.
Fleet & site access
Built to reach real job sites
Our fleet runs 17-ton stiff boom cranes reaching up to 75 ft, tractors for large trailers, and flat decks for tighter Vancouver-area deliveries. The right equipment depends on your site, so the more we know up front, the smoother the lift.
Access & space
Width, height, and depth of the delivery area, plus how a truck gets in and turns around.
Slope & ground
Steep driveways and soft ground limit crane reach and footing, so flag them early.
A quick site video
The single most useful thing you can send: it lets us pick the right equipment before we roll.
On the road
Oversized loads & your delivery window
Truss loads often exceed the legal limits for travel on BC roads, which directly shapes when your delivery can arrive. Our team factors these rules in from the start so your window is realistic.
Daylight only
Loads over 10 ft 6 in wide, 14 ft 6 in high, or 82 ft long travel in daylight hours only.
No Sundays
Oversized loads are not permitted on BC roads on Sundays.
Summer long weekends
June to September, no oversized travel between 2 pm Friday and 4 pm Saturday.
Road rules can change, so confirm current BC commercial transport regulations before scheduling.
Questions
Delivery questions, answered straight
Does Alliance deliver, or do I arrange it?
We deliver on our own company-owned fleet. Loads are sequenced in installation order and labelled, and the delivery window is coordinated directly with your site staff, not handed off to a third-party carrier.
Where does Alliance deliver?
From Abbotsford and Surrey across the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Sea-to-Sky corridor, Vancouver Island, and the BC Interior. Building somewhere else? Tell us the site and we'll plan and price the delivery.
How high can your cranes reach?
Our in-house 17-ton stiff boom cranes reach up to 75 ft, depending on driveway slope, building height, and load weight. If a job needs more, we can arrange a third-party crane, which may carry additional cost.
What do you need to know about my site?
Access and space, slope and ground condition, and any obstacles or same-day trades. A quick walkaround video is the most useful thing you can send. It lets us bring the right equipment the first time.
Why isn't my delivery time fully flexible?
Truss loads are often oversized, which restricts travel to daylight hours, bans Sundays, and limits summer long-weekend travel on BC roads. We build these rules into your delivery window from the start so it's realistic.
How is delivery priced?
It depends on your site location, access, and time on site. The fleet runs at a per-hour rate, and we also offer a flat rate including one hour of crane time for simpler, predetermined jobs. Tell your salesperson about any delivery considerations early.
