Framing: Supply & Install Across BC

The framing partner
BC builders count on.

Custom home builders, general contractors, and multi-family developers bring us the framing package so their crews stay on their own work. We engineer, build, and stand the trusses and wall panels: one supplier, drawings to standing structure.

Who we frame for

Built for the way BC builders work

Every builder runs a different job. What they share is a schedule that can't wait on framing. We're the framing partner behind all of them. The trusses and panels arrive engineered, and our crews stand them so your trades keep moving.

01

Custom Home Builders

One-off homes with real design in them: vaults, long spans, feature roofs. We engineer the package to the drawings and stand it clean, so your finish trades inherit square, true framing.

02

General Contractors

A single accountable framing package inside your schedule. No coordinating a separate truss supplier and a separate framer. One contract, one crew, one point of contact.

03

Multi-Family Developers

Townhome, apartment, and mixed-use phases where panelized walls and coordinated trusses pull weeks off the framing phase across every building in the set.

04

Production Builders

Repeatable plans framed the same way every time. Engineered packages and sequenced installs keep your per-unit framing cost predictable across a subdivision.

05

Renovators & Additions

Second storeys, additions, and rebuilds that have to bear on existing structure. We engineer to what's already there and frame the new work to match.

06

Owner-Builders

Building your own home or shop? You don't need to be a contractor. We'll quote the framing package and stand it. The hardest, most time-critical part, handled.

One call, one crew

Why builders let us frame what we build

When the company that engineered your trusses is also the company setting them, a lot of risk disappears. There's no gap between what was supplied and what gets installed. No "that's not how it was meant to go up," no waiting on a framer's schedule to free up after delivery lands.

Our crews install Alliance product every week. They know the connection details, the bracing requirements, and the sequence because it's the same product coming off the same line. That's faster framing, cleaner installs, and a single point of accountability for the whole framing package.

What we install

From floor to roof

01

Roof Trusses

Crane-set and braced to spec: common, hip, scissor, and complex roof systems landed and secured by crews who set them every day.

02

Wall Panels

Prefab wall panels stood, plumbed, and fastened. Factory-square walls go up fast and stay true. Your envelope closes in days, not weeks.

03

Floor Systems

Engineered floor trusses set in sequence on level bearing: the deck your crew can be working on the same day it's delivered.

Have a full structural package? Ask about supply-and-install pricing for the complete shell: trusses, walls, and floors from one source.

How it works

Drawings to standing structure

01

Send Your Plans

Submit drawings for a supply-and-install quote. We engineer the package and price the framing labour together, as one number.

02

We Schedule

Our logistics and framing teams coordinate delivery and crew timing so material and labour land together, with no idle days on your site.

03

We Stand It Up

The crew sets, braces, and fastens to spec. You get a structure that matches the engineered drawings, ready for the next trade.

Questions

Framing questions from builders, answered

Does Alliance frame, or just supply the trusses?

Both. We manufacture the trusses and wall panels and our own framing crews install them (supply-and-install). That means one supplier from drawings to standing structure, with a single point of accountability instead of a truss supplier and a separate framer.

Is Alliance a home builder or general contractor?

No. We're a framing partner for builders and contractors. We engineer, manufacture, and install the framing package (trusses, wall panels, floor systems). We don't act as the general contractor or build the whole home; we handle the framing so your build stays on schedule.

Can you frame a package you didn't manufacture?

Our framing service is built around installing Alliance-manufactured trusses and panels, which is where the speed and accountability come from. Talk to us about your project and we'll tell you what we can take on.

Do you offer supply-and-install for the whole shell?

Yes. Ask about pricing for the complete structural package: roof trusses, wall panels, and floor systems, engineered together and stood by one crew.

Can an owner-builder hire Alliance to frame?

Yes. You don't need to be a contractor. Send your drawings or a dimensioned sketch and we'll quote the framing package and the install together.

Where do your framing crews work?

Across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley from our Abbotsford and Surrey plants. That covers Abbotsford, Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, Chilliwack, Mission, and Vancouver, among others. Ask about your specific site.
