How accurate is the online estimate?
The estimator uses the same base rates we quote from, so the range is realistic for a typical project in average condition. Heavy repairs, tall ceilings, or difficult access can move the final number, which is why the firm quote always follows an in-person walkthrough.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. We measure, inspect surfaces, and deliver a written itemized quote at no cost and with no obligation.
What affects the price the most?
Surface area, the condition of the surfaces, the number of coats, and the paint grade. Prep work is usually the biggest variable: sound surfaces paint quickly, damaged ones need repair time first.
Do I need to move my furniture?
Move small and fragile items if you can. We shift larger furniture to the center of the room and cover everything with clean sheeting as part of normal prep.
What paint do you use?
We quote in three grades from trusted major brands: a solid builder grade, a washable mid grade, and a premium line for high-traffic areas and deep colors. We will recommend a grade per room rather than upselling everything.
How far out are you booking?
Lead times move with the season. Interior work usually books faster than exterior, and we confirm a start window in your written quote and a firm date the week before.
